A multitude of well-wishers, worshippers and men of God,  last Saturday,  joined the family of Sir Henry Odhegolo to celebrate the Mid-Year Jehovah Praise and Worship Festival, 2018. The event  took place at the Jehovah Praise (Ecumenical) Centre, Ozoro.
Mr. Solomon Akeni described the event as awesome.
"The programme is awesome. It takes a genius to come out with a program of this nature. This man (Henry Odhegolo) has much regard for God.The blessings God gave him he does not want to take alone", Solomon Akeni said.
Another well-wisher Mr.  Okedi Moses said, "the programme is delightful."
The convener of the programme Sir Henry Odhegolo told Orbit Newstrack  "my wife and I have resolved that one of the ways to really give back to God is to praise Him".
The theme of the festival "Rejoice  In The Lord Always" was made manifest as men of God, Jehovah Praise Coalition Band and Christian Music International choir ministered to the admiration and joy of the congregation. They inspired the congregation with songs and exhortations.
Loud ovation greeted the eloquent presentation of Miss Yoleme Odhegolo as she took the Bible reading of the day.
It was time for testimony,  a time to testify about persons encounter with God while worshipping at Jehovah Praise and Worship festival.
Mrs. Maria Ogor said that God has answered her prayers. She has been asking God for grand child in the past five years. During Jehovah Praise,  she made request right in the service. Now, she is a grand-mother.
Brother Andrew Ogidigba has been suffering from pneumonia for a long time. During the service,  a man of God prayed for him.  His breath has started to flow smoothly.
Mrs. Joy Ada has been coming to Jehovah Praise for some years. She made a request to God for a child and now she has a child.
The wife and co-convener of the festival Envagelist (Mrs.) Matilda Odhegolo ministered through rendition of soul touching and worship songs. She prayed for women seeking fruit of the womb. She encouraged them to have faith in the Lord who has power to meet our heart desires.
The Guest Speaker Pastor James Adejor delivered a powerful sermon that drew admiration and consternation alike. Ministering on Christian Faith, Adejor said that Christ did not preach fishers of money but fishers of men,  adding that in most churches today, men of God exploit members on the pretext that they are preaching the Christian faith.
"The greatest sin is to stand on the pulpit and tell lies and exploit the congregation by making them sow seeds," he admonished. He counseled men of God to desist from the sinful practice.
The head of the Apostolic Church in Ozoro Rev. (Dr.) T. B. O. Erimu counseled brethren  to seek the favour of God through prayers and supplication.
Rev. Peter Etugbo prayed for the  growth of the vision that was birthed 13 years ago. Etugbo also prayed for the family of Henry Odhegolo for protection and prosperity urging him to keep the vision alive. Etugbo also prayed for ministeries  of pastors present,  peace of Nigeria and body of Christ.
Envag. Emmanuel Ofano, Envag. Israel Elueni,  Envag. Amos Ighaka,  Envag. Elvis Osiota,  Envag. Solo Divram and other anointed men of God added colour to the festival through inspiring exhortations and gospel music.
